Claim Policy

At 5MAN GLASSPAD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. In case you receive a damaged product, please refer to the protocols below.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim any physical damage (broken glass, cracked surface, missing items), customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video.

  • Show the unopened package clearly (shipping label visible).
  • Record the full opening process without cuts.
  • Clearly show the product condition inside the box.
  • Highlight any visible damage in the same video.

Actionable: Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Damage Claim Eligibility

  • Damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video.
  • Claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Product must not be used, installed, or tampered with.

Free Replacement

If the damage is verified as genuine, we will provide a FREE replacement.

If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

No additional charges will apply for approved damage claims.
